Conditional content allows you to send different email content based on specified conditions and one or more of the unlimited custom recipient data fields. Set up one email template and include or exclude content elements in a recipient email based your defined conditions. Cannonball’s conditional content engine dynamically assesses the conditions and compiles the appropriate content for each recipient at send time.
