Cannonball’s job is to deliver your emails. We work closely with clients, ISPs and third party solution providers to ensure you achieve maximum deliverability.
The pristine reputation of our mail-servers is carefully guarded and all Cannonball clients are screened for spam compliance and adherence to best practice permission database marketing.
Comprehensive bounce management, unsubscribe handling and spam checking is built into Cannonball and we continually advise clients with updates on best practice list maintenance, industry standards and ISP handling of bulk mail.
For clients with specific deliverability challenges, or sending a very high volume of email, we work closely with them to implement a deliverability strategy. This may include exclusive IP addresses, authentication, the use of seed lists, managing relationships with specific ISPs and a review of content, creative and list management to ensure sender reputation is gained and maintained.
